One of our newest dresses has a bit of whimsy. So sweet and fun it made us think of poppies! Scalloped edged polka dot ruffles at the neck and sleeve are playful. Soft English tulle creates princess volume and is finished with embroidered flowers and vines. Satin ribbon ties at the waist are ready for a bow. The base and neck are super stretchy cotton knit. Comes with a spritely headband with the same embroidered tulle in a bow. Total length is approximately 16".
