Slight puff sleeve is finished with an elastic around the wrist, just before the ruffle to protect arms. This great blouse Buttons down the front for ease and convenience on and off.  An extra Prairie Blouse & Prairie bloomers go a long way for any Trek, Parade, Reenactments or Historical Site position.  Any LDS trek recommends having at least 3 outfits, you will be glad to have a spare clean top too.
