Royal Icing Blessing Dress

​So soft and sweet.  This beautifully embroidered tulle looks like a storybook garden in bloom.  Delicately puffed sleeves finished with a scalloped ruffle.  The waist and hem are set off by sparkly organza ribbon, lace appliques and crystals.  Bodice and skirt are lined with the same stretchy cotton knit as the neckline.  Organza ribbon is also found as ties for the dress back and chin of the bonnet. Bonnet has an adjustable back with a tiny satin ribbon.
