A beautiful new rosey lace in a tried and true White Elegance empire waist style. Both the lace and lining have stretch to assist in a perfect fit. Round neck and zipper back with simple straight sleeves. A-line skirt with pockets in the side seams. Raised waist is accented with soft piping.
